Guess what, he's dead serious. And know how YOU can have your application seriously considered by SGCSN members? By reading the rules. Posting in your application 4 times just to argue with SGCSN's members wont get you accepted.

Im giving a Thumbs down.
My reason is that your PvE Build isnt fine, you seem to dont know how to make a decent build (True that some Talents are bugged, but you should have in consideration as if everything worked when showing us a build)
Edit: reasons -> You dont have some important stuffs, such as Enhance totems (you have the wrong one, Guardian Totems talent instead, which is useless o.o)
-> Shamanism Focus is a need, unless you want to me spending ~1k mana for each shock.
->Elemental Precision (/FACEPALM), You need this, as a Draenei, with this, you need -4% hit rating, and not to mention that this reduces your Threat.
