Blood Tap

Blood Tap is a tad bugged at the moment as it's only 1/2 working. What it is supposed to do is ACTIVATE a blood rune and convert it into a death rune, on here it only converts. An example of how this is supposed to work is if both Blood Runes are on cool-down and then the DK pops Blood Tap it will take ONE of the Blood Runes, take it OFF its CD and THEN convert it and bam you instantly have a Death Rune ready to use. Instead, here, it will convert the Blood Rune while it's on CD but when it does come off of CD it will STILL be a Blood Rune. This isn't vital per say but A few of my cool-downs do rely heavily on it in order to not break my line of attacks.

Bumping because of significance and update:
It now converts blood runes to death runes but it still doesn't refresh the CD. This is paramount to DKs since this basically means if we need to silence, use bone shield, amz, or anything else we have to keep a blood rune off cd, which means a constant loss in DPS since that restricts us from using BB/BS most of the time. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
