21.WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN SAPPED: I want to join Sapped because you are best organised guild on our server. And I guess that guild is full with people who know what are they doing.

22.WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU: You can expect help from me in many ways, like helping other members with dungeons, help with professions, help in raids etc.

23.DO YOU PREFER PVP OR PVE? AND WHY: I kinda like both. PvP is little harder because you are playing against real enemy, unless PvE where you are fighting boss that does same things all the time (I mean if you know what boss does.). And PvE is fun. From the start to the end. I like to communicate with people in raids.

24.WHAT ARE YOUR PREVIOUS GUILDS, AND WHY YOU LEFT THEM: I wasn't part of any guild.

You missed 420 hit and focused aim 3/3 ?

Even on higher hit, FA helps your overall damage on static damage heavy fights.

But in essence, you're right. The itemization points you're losing towards that 3.5x too high hit rating probably greatly eat into your crit and arp. 'Specially crit, I'm guessing. Thus, I'd rather move 1 point from Imp SS to Imp Barrage. It's a fucked up trick but it might help your overall damage a bit, since through Barrage, the increased crit chance on Aimed and Multi will effectivly add quite a lot of damage while 15 to 10% do not make for a drastic drop in the Imp Steady talent proc.

Though, that's my personal preference and honestly, his gear is a tad shit to be taken for a decisive factor in his build. His build is fine, his gear is not.
