While your application is a bit conceited and shallow, it's still fairly good-looking. The English isn't as horrible as one would come to expect and the answers aren't the worst either.

HOWEVER, I've had the displeasure of being in the same raid as you. On multiple occasions. On a number of your characters. Each and every time you've left me wanting yo punch you in the face with a bag of AIDS-infected monkey entrails covered in razors and hydrochloric acid. By that I mean you're not very good. You were the kind of person who would stand in poison and would just do his thing no matter what happened. We look for flexibility. If you see the fight is going out of hand or something happens to the single target healer, you need to be able to switch to whatever you can do. Meaning you can't whore on meters while either the tank or the rest of the raid dies from mobs you didn't attack or damage spikes you didn't cover because Chain heal looks better on meters than a quickened 1.1sec HW.
To the recruit we're looking for, those things should be obvious and we'd rather have him have some oddities in his spec or gear rather than blindly spamming the 3 buttons his older brother taught him.

Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's someone else I meant. But then again, you have bound Nature's Swiftness and Tidal Force, but neglected Water Shield. In most situations, shields are the things you update the most. Compared to something you'd only do in a raid saving macro anyways, NS and TF binds are sort of wasted.

I think you've learned to play the game but you haven't actually learned the game. You play by how you've seen other people do it rather than know why you should do something. Sit down and think about why and if you even need Nature's Swiftness. When was the last time you really had to use it?

Colourfull application, but sadly, that's not all, you doesn't really seem, as Deluded says, to know know the game itself. You're just clicking 3 buttons, and hope it will go well.
And not having Water Shield bound, what a fatal error as you're refreshing it all the time.

You're one of the few applicants who haven't bothered the flying fuck out of me with the applications. I guess that's a plus.

I'm trying my best to overlook your spirit dagger and the obvious lack of haste in your gear, not to mention the meters, on which you're showing how you got outhealed by shamans with an equal gearscore. Not that it'd be possible to outheal a 4s t10 shaman without having the same set yourself but... still.

Even after you've remade your application and actually improved on points mentioned, I'm still reluctant to give you a Thumbs Up... so I won't.

Deluded , i'm having a chat with him time to time so i can assure you that he tries to get a normal weapon, but he just don't have luck getting it. what's more he has no chances of healing as much as shammy with 4s t10 or atleast be very close to it cuz s4 bonus gives alot of extra healing , and without that you simply can't pull out as much healing as s4 shammies.
