Ok, WOTLK was launched in November 2008. Which is 3 years ago (+ a few months, of course)
And patch 3.1.3 was launched June the 9th 2009 http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_3.1.3
2,5 year ago, and that were on retail, so if that random server hasn't been retail, then it's probally even later (might be around 1,5-2 years since it has been launched there then, but oh well, 4 years -2 years, same shit no?
