PLEASE EXPLAIN US YOUR ROTATION: Tricks of the Trade on Tank > Garrote > Hunger for Blood > Slice and Dice > Mutilate > Rupture(if no Deadly poison on the target yet)/Envenom > Mutilate > Envenom so on and so forth. Keep Hunger for Blood up. When heroism is popped, Vanish > Garrote(if there is 1 or 2 combo points/Mutilate > Envenom > Mutilate Envenom, so on and so forth. Keep Hunger for blood up.
