i was thinking a lot to post it or not cos its only 10%.. but with Avenging Wrath, and sum extra sp trinket proc it can heal pretty much
WOPPPPPPS NO1 mentioned the most opestestestest and most gayestestestest set bonus

80.57% coefficent+ 12% overall from http://www.wowhead.com/spell=20239/healing-light will give almost 100%. It's working as intended (almost).
It's actually broken. If the Paladin is CC'd while the the global cooldown starting Holy Shock is started, the cooldown on Holy Shock is used and nothing happens. If the bugged Holy Shock crits, the Infusion of Light Flash of Light instant cast will also heal for 0. Waste of 2 global cooldowns. It's been that way on retail forever, something about the scripting a both offensive and defensive instant cast or something makes it hard for Blizzard. Try and cyclone a Holy Paladin JUST as he uses Holy Shock and the Shock won't do anything.

IT wont do anything except heal him for 27k and a /lol in a same macro..

Yes because that's definitely what a 10% OP spellpower coefficient does, increase healing output by almost 500%.
